Where are you located?

Zarla & Co is located in the beautiful Batemans Bay on the South Coast of NSW Australia.

Are your accessories handmade?

Yes, all of our accessories are 100% handmade, sustainable and environmentally friendly.

When you place an order on our website, your products are made especially for you (made to order).

What is the best way I can contact you?

You can also reach out to us via our social media platforms; we regularly check our messages.

Help! I need to make a change to my order.

If any changes need to be made, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can fix it for you. If your order has already been sent, there is not much we can do.

Shipping

How can I track my order?

All parcels are sent via Australia Post. Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can then track your parcel through the Auspost website or mobile app.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to New Zealand, UK, Ireland, US, Canada and China!

Customs and duties

Your parcel may incur customs and duties charges which must be paid before your parcel is delivered. We will not be held liable for these fees, they are the responsibility of the buyer.

Discount Codes

How do I redeem my discount?

If you have a discount code, you can enter it into the discount code box at the checkout. It will then be applied to your order.

My discount code didn't apply at checkout

If your discount code won't apply or you are having issues applying the discount code, please contact us before you put your order through.

Once you have placed your order, we can't reimburse you the discount.

Gift Cards

Can I have a gift card sent directly to the recipient?

Yes you can!

When ordering a gift card, you can put the recipients email in and it will give you the option to add a personalised message to send to them.

Will I receive a physical card?

No, our gift cards are electronic and sent via email. You will not receive a physical card.

What can I buy with my gift card?

You can buy anything sitewide with your gift card!
