Return/Refund Policy


We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if the wrong size is purchased, so please choose carefully.

Refunds are only issued for damaged or faulty items. To be eligible for a refund in this instance, a photo must be sent to us within 24 hours of being received along with proof of purchase (receipt and order number). We may ask for extra information if needed before processing the refund. The item must be in unused condition.



For change of mind purchases or wrong size, the item must be sent back to us in unused condition and in its original packaging for a store credit. Refunds are not issued in this instance. The return shipping is paid at the expense of the customer. We cannot guarantee that an item/size will be available (in stock) for an exchange, so please keep this in mind and use our size guide to prevent this from happening.
